Finally, after living in our house over 3 years, we ( I should say Tyler) finished our basement. We had a hell of a time finding some couches that would fit down our stair wells. We bought and order some, and then found another set we loved more, and got hooked up from some guys Tyler knows. The price was awesome, so we bought them online. When they arrived, the longer piece did not fit. We could not return them, and we were so mad because we loved them so much. So Tyler had a solution: cut a huge hole in our newly sheetrocked wall and send it through the hole into the basement! It worked. And it was worth it definitely. One exception, when we move the couches stay or we cut a hole in the wall again! Ha ha, but it turned out amazing (we think). Tyler and Shane did the rock work on the fireplace. Pretty good for somebody whose never done that before! Now I just need to decorate. I know, I know, I can't believe I didn't have this planned months ago! I usually have ideas in my head even before it's done.
